TSL-1 induces cell death of human osteosarcoma cells, Saos-2. Saos-2 cells were treated with 0.05 and 0.5 mg/mL TSL-1 to analyze the cell toxicity by measuring lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage at 24 and 48 hours (A).
