The dynamic process of peritoneal B cells after CPT-11 treatment. (A) C57BL/6 mice were injected intraperitoneally with CPT-11 at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight. The peritoneal exudate cells (PECs) were stained with antibodies against CD19 and CD23 and then analyzed by flow cytometry. B1 cells were identified as CD19⁺CD23⁻ cells and B2 as CD19⁺CD23⁺ ones.
