Surgical adult human allograft replacements for (A) meniscus and (B) patellar tendon with full bone insertions intact. Sutures are threaded through the insertion points and pulled into bone tunnels to anchor allograft tissues in place. Leaving the entheses intact obviates the need for enthesis healing, increasing the success rate for patient recovery. Scale bars are 20 mm.
