Combination of BKM and MK1775 inhibited tumor growth in subcutaneous model. Mice with established flank xenografts were administered BKM (20 mg/kg/d), MK1775 (30 mg/kg/d), or combination. Tumor size was monitored by bioluminescence imaging (A–B) as well as being measured by caliper (C).
