The Clarity Autoscan ultrasound system was used for intrafractional prostate monitoring. The zero position was set based upon an initial cone beam computed tomography (CT) and a 3 mm threshold was set. Motion in any direction (left/right, superior/inferior, or anterior/posterior) will signal an out-of-tolerance alert as shown in yellow. A prostate shift of more than 3 mm is identified in the anterior direction just prior to initiating treatment.
