LY294002 reduces sperm motility by inhibiting PI3K/Akt pathway and autophagosomes formation. Chloroquine inhibits the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes, while leucine actives PI3K/Akt pathway and inhibits the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes, subsequently improve sperm motility.
