Mice on normal water or antibiotics were treated with CTX. Seven days later, spleen cells were harvested for analysis. T cell proliferation status was measured by Ki67 stain (A). T cell activation status was evaluated by CD44 and CD62L stain (B). T cell cytokine-producing capability was evaluated by intracellular staining of IFNγ and TNFα after PMA and ionomycin stimulation (C). CD4+ T cell activation marker CD40L, IL17a production, and Treg presence were also examined (D). Data shown are presented as mean ± SD with 4 mice per group. ns, not significant; *, p<0.05; **, p<0.01.
