qRT-PCR analysis (top) shows that CRBN mRNA expression is lower in WM cell lines BCWM.1 and MWCL-1 compared to MM.1S. Western blot analysis shows a visible difference of CRBN expression in WM cell lines compared to MM.1S. Band intensities were quantified using ImageQuant TL software, normalized to their respective GAPDH bands and expressed comparatively to MM.1S.
