Flow cytometry analysis was performed on spleen cells from WT and OI mice. Seven-week old animals (n=5–6) were used to evaluate changes in mature lineages including (A) T cells; (B) B cells; and (C) erythrocyte progenitors. Cohorts of male and female mice at different ages were used to evaluate the frequency of (D) myeloid lineage cells, CD11bhi; and (E) peripheral osteoclast progenitors (OCP), lymphoid CD11bhi CD115+ Ly6C+. n=4–10. * p<0.05 compared to WT control.
