Pathway affected commonly in liver metastases irrespective of cancer types. A) Ingenuity pathway analyses integrate at least one high impact and/or moderate impact Cancer Census and COSMIC mutation from each of the liver metastasis into TNF and TGFβ signaling networks. Mutated genes are shown in grey. PRDM1 and ARID1B are mutated in breast cancer liver metastasis, whereas CEP89 is mutated in liver metastasis of spindle cell carcinoma, melanoma, and colon cancer. B) Four out of five liver metastases showed deregulated MIF-Glucocorticoid pathway. The commonly mutated cPLA2 gene is indicated in pink.
