In this task users were asked to: select a specific quality indicator (clinical performance summary); select a patient from the list (patient list); interpret the patient data (detailed patient-level information) and suggested actions (suggested actions – patient-level). Consequently, high proportions of transitions would be expected between these AoIs to mirror the task completion sequence. However, there are also high proportions of transitions between AoIs not in the sequence e.g. from ‘Clinical performance summary’ to ‘Suggested actions – organisational level’, and vice versa.
