Dose-dependent effect of eel Kiss peptides on pituitary lhβ (A), fshβ (B), and gnrh-r2 (C) expression by eel pituitary cells in primary culture. Pituitary cells were treated with various concentrations (10−11, 10−9, and 10−7 M) of eel Kp1(10), Kp2(10), Kp1(15), and Kp2(12) for 10 days.
