Effects of platycodin D (PLD) on the cell viability of primary rat microglia cells. Cells were cultured with different concentrations of PLD (5, 10, 20 µM) in the absence or presence of 0.5 µg/mL LPS for 24 h. The cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
