I_100μM/I_Control is the ratio of the current to saturating co-agonists (100 μM glutamate, 30 μM glycine) in the presence of 100 μM test compound to response in the absence of test compound. N is the number of active molecules, Q1 is value for the most potent quartile and Q3 is the value for the 75th percentile.
