Summary of SPR binding results for IL-36 receptor, co-receptor, and cytokines
ka (× 105 m−1 s−1) and kd (× 10−3 s−1) are determined from fitting of SPR sensorgram with 1:1 binding model. KD (× 10−9 m) is calculated from the ratio of kd and ka in each independent experiment. The values displayed are the averages ± S.D. from two or more independent experiments. Two significant figures are reported for the averages.
