Lenvatinib prevents EMT through repression of β-catenin nuclear translocation in GSA1 and GSA2 cancer stem-like cells. Immunofluorescence cytochemical staining showed that β-catenin nuclear localization was greater in GSA1 (B) and GSA2 (C) cancer stem-like cells, than in GSP1 (A). However, these cells were sensitive to EMT inhibition via β-catenin nuclear localization by lenvatinib.
