The expression level of miR-424 was analyzed in endometrial carcinoma samples and normal samples by qRT-PCR. (A) The miR-424 expression level was lower in stage I-IV EC tissues than in normal sample tissues, (B) in tissues with low levels of cell differentiation than in tissues with high levels of cell differentiation, and (C) in lymph nodes with metastasis (+) than in lymph nodes without metastasis (–). (D) MiR-424 expression was lower in EC cells with a low migration ability than in those with a high migration ability. All error bars indicate the means ± SD. Experiments were performed in triplicate. *P < 0.05 compared with the control group.
