Genesis of Bipolar Cells
Ceh-10 homeodomain-containing homolog 10 (CHX10, green) and protein kinase Cα (PKCα, red) are markers for bipolar cells and rod bipolar cells, respectively. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
