Proportion of tumor-free mice. SKH1 hairless mice were treated with control empty liposomes or liposomes containing either UVDE-TAT, UVDE-NLS-TAT, or cv-pdg-NLS 1 hr prior to irradiation. Mice were irradiated in individual chambers covered with quartz glass that allowed full UVB transmission of the increasing UVB doses delivered on a M, W, F schedule. Panels (a) and (b) show the proportion of mice in each group that have not developed a 2 mm tumor at specified time points across the study period.
