(B) Shows the level of acetylation at different time points (T1–T5) as analyzed by Western blot using an anti-acetyl lysine antibody. The experiment was performed three times and a representative figure is shown. A separate gel was stained to assure similar levels of protein (Supplementary Figure 1).
