Notes: HeLa cells were treated for 24 h with 5 µg free siRNA-TNFα, CH-DEAE₁₅-CH/siRNA-TNFα or folate-PEG-CH-DEAE₁₅/siRNA-TNFα complexes containing an equivalent of 5 µg siRNA-TNFα. Cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay. The results were compared by paired Student’s t-test and expressed as means ± SEM for n=3.
