Sagittal computerized tomography and intraoperative photo of the back of the patient. Severe thoracolumbar junction kyphosis and disruption of posterior ligament complex due to the subluxation at the proximal level of uppermost instrumented vertebra is observed. The proximal portion of rod penetrated the skin.
