RSV A2-specific antibody responses were determined as described previously [13]. Total IgG, IgG1 and IgG2a levels were determined in the sera (n = 6) at weeks 1 and 4 from primary (1’week1) and at week 4 from secondary immunization (2’week4). IgG levels were significantly increased in the immunized groups (A, *P < 0.05)). Higher levels of IgG2a antibody responses were observed in immunized mice (C, *P < 0.05)) compared to that of IgG1 antibody responses (B). The data shown are representative of three independent experiments.
