WT, cGAS- and STING-deficient mice were intranasally infected with 1×10⁶ L. pneumophila WT and the bacterial loads in the lungs were assessed 144 h p.i. Data represent mean ± SEM of 6–13 mice per group. Comparisons were performed with the Mann-Whitney U Test. Comparisons with p < 0.05 were considered significant.
