GH, glycosyl hydrolase; CE, carbohydrate esterase; NR, not regulated. Domain association as determined in the JGI database and with NCBI CDD search is provided. An overview on gene regulation in QM9414 in constant light (LL) or constant darkness (DD) upon growth on cellulose and in photoreceptor mutant strains lacking ENVOY (ENV1), Blue light regulator 1 (BLR1) or Blue Light Regulator 2 (BLR2) is provided. Therefore, data were taken from previous studies (Tisch and Schmoll, 2013; Tisch et al., 2014; Stappler et al., 2017) and are based on fold changes determined by ANOVA analysis of transcriptome abundance with a threshold of p-value 0.01.
