Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect TSPAN1 protein expression in Eca-109 cells. TSPAN1 protein was stained with anti-TSPAN1 polyclonal antibody and marked by (A) tetramethylrhodaminein red, which was located in the cytoplasm.
