The proliferative effect of different concentrations of Gen on HeLa cells. Gen groups were treated with increasing doses (0.001, 0.01, 0.1 and 1 μmol·L-1) for 48 h and 72 h. Cell proliferation index was obtained by the formula: PR% = (OD value of the Gen group/OD value of the control group) ×100%. Difference was significant when *p < 0.05 vs Control Group (n=3).
