Anti-tumor Efficacy Analysis Using the Syngeneic B16F10 Transplant Model

To evaluate viral effectiveness against tumors, C57BL/6 mice received 5 × 105 B16F10 melanoma cells/mouse (i.d.). When the tumor reached a volume of 50 mm3, mice were treated (i.t.) with PBS or 1 × 108 PFU/mouse WR WT, WR-Luc, WR-Δ3, or WR-Δ4. (A) Tumor volume was measured daily, and mice were sacrificed when the tumor reached 1,500 mm3. Data are shown as mean ± SEM. (B) Area under the curve was calculated considering the tumor volume of each mouse during the experiment. Data are shown as mean ± SD. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01.
