Individual perfusion domains (cotyledons) were dissected from primary and secondary placental lobes from ZIKV-infected RM and total RNA was prepared using the Trizol method. ZIKV RNA levels were quantified using qRT-PCR and presented in log10. Dash = not detected. Gray areas represent lack of perfusion domains.
