Rho1 negatively regulates the white-to-opaque switching. (a) Cells of WUM5A transformed with vector (YSL509), RHO1^WT (YSL617), RHO1^G18V (YSL608), RHO1^D124A (YSL613), or RHO1^G18V + WOR1^OE (YSL616) were grown on Lee’s GlcNAc plates (pH 6.0, +PB) at 25 °C in the dark for 6 days.
