Effect of erastin on the activity of various amino acid transport systems in xCT-over-expressing MEF. xCT-overexpressing MEF were cultured for 24 h and then the uptake of 0.05 mM L-[¹⁴C]cystine (Cyss), L-[¹⁴C]arginine, L-[¹⁴C]serine, and L-[¹⁴C]leucine was measured in the presence of 10 µM erastin.
