Exogenous IL-8 is affects proliferation and migration in HeLa cells. CCK-8 and Transwell assays demonstrated that an increase in exogenous IL-8 concentration is able to promote the (A) proliferation and (B and C) migration of HeLa cells in a concentration-dependent manner (*P<0.05, #P<0.01). At concentrations >60 ng/ml, the ability to promote proliferation and migration starts to decline; however, this decrease was not statistically significant. CCK-8, Cell Counting kit-8; IL, interleukin.
