Naïve CD4+ T cells isolated from C57BL/6 mice were cultured in complete (GLU+) or glucose (GLU-) deprivation medium for 72 h, cells were harvested for total RNA preparation and medium supernatants were collected for ELISA analysis. (A) Relative mRNA expression was determined by QPCR. Il2ra gene expression from T cells cultured under complete or glucose deprivation medium for 72 h (n=3, mean ± SEM). (B) Il2 gene expression from T cells cultured under complete or glucose deprivation medium for 72 h (n=3, mean ± SEM).
