Differential expression of CCL-2 and CCR2 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues. The reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to determine that the relative expression of (A) CCL-2 and (B) CCR2 mRNA was increased in gastric cancer tissues compared with adjacent tissues. Western blot analysis demonstrated that the expression level of the (C) CCL-2 and (D) CCR2 proteins were significantly increased in gastric cancer tissues compared with adjacent tissues.
