Colony count of four bacteria strains at PD21 in the intestines of mice offspring following maternal intervention. The intestinal levels of Enterobacter spp. (P<0.05), Bifidobacterium spp. (P<0.01) and Lactobacillus spp. (P<0.05) were significantly increased at PD21 and the level of Enterococcus spp. (P>0.05) was not statistically different compared with the control group.
