The main effects of age, stress severity, and each coping strategy on affect. A Pseudo R² revealed that, compared to an intercept only model, the main effects model explained 16% of between-person variance and 13% of within-person variance in daily PA. The main effects model explained 14% of the between-person variance in daily NA, but the within-person variance was not interpretable due to a negative Pseudo R² (Singer & Willett, 2003).
