Cytotoxicity and storage stability of Ex-4 DMNs. (A) Treatment with blank DMNs and Ex-4 DMNs does not induce cytotoxicity in HEK293T cells (n = 3, P < 0.01). (B) The activity of Ex-4 DMNs, at 8 weeks post-storage at 4 °C, is gradually reduced to 93.2% ± 1.8; at 8 weeks post-storage at 25 °C, the activity of encapsulated Ex-4 is greatly reduced to 78.9% ± 2.8 (n = 3).
