Effects of PT, ATST or a combination on apoptosis (A, SW620; B, HCT116) and cleaved-PARP levels (C). Cells were treated with PT (100 µM) ATST (10 µM) or a combination of the two for 48 h. Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry after Annexin V/PI co-staining, and protein levels were analyzed by western blotting.
