Luteolin inhibits calcium accumulation in mitochondria. A mitochondrial calcium detection kit was used to measure Ca²⁺ changes in the mitochondria of cardiomyocyte preserved in the following solutions: (A) UW solution; (B) DMEM; (C) 7.5 µmol/l luteolin supplemented UW solution; (D) 15 µmol/l luteolin supplemented UW solution and (E) 30 µmol/l luteolin supplemented UW solution.
