DENV down-regulates DDX3X at later stages of infection. A549 and Huh-7 cells were infected with DENV at 3 MOI. Cells were collected at 24 and 48 h pi for either lysate preparation or for total RNA isolation. (A) Cell lysates were used for western blot analysis for DDX3X, GAPDH and capsid in both cell lines.
