Antinociceptive effect of N alone and in combination in the tail flick test in rats. Tail flick latency in rats was recorded following treatment with different doses of N alone (2.5 and 5 mg/kg, i.p.) and in combination with A (1.25 N + 21 A, 2.5 N + 42 A, and 5 N + 84 A mg/kg, i.p.).
