For each sample are given: sampling year, number of genotyped strains (N), number of multilocus genotypes (MLG), genotypic richness based on MLG (R=(MLG−1)/(N−1)), number of alleles over all loci (Na), observed (Ho) and non-biased expected (Hnb) heterozygosity, fixation index (fis) and association index over all loci ISA. Significance values for fis and ISA are as follows: *P<0.05; **P<0.01; ***P<0.001. na= not applicable, Ho, Hnb, fis and ISA were calculated excluding all but one replicate of each MLG per sample.
