Effect of 20(S)-PPD on HepG2 cell viability. HepG2 cells (5×104/ml) were seeded in 96-well plates then treated with different concentrations (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, 100 µM) of 20(S)-PPD for (A) 24, (B) 48 and (C) 72 h.
