Effect of 20(S)-PPD on apoptosis-associated proteins in HepG2 cells. (A) HepG2 cells (4×105 per ml) were treated using 0, 40, 50 and 60 µM of 20(S)-PPD for 24 h and the expression of cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9 and PARP were determined using western blot analysis.
