The effect of MEG3 on MG63 cell invasion. (A and B) Cells that passed through the Matrigelcoated polycarbonate membrane were stained with crystal violet and observed under an inverted phase contrast microscope. The number of cells in the NC group and pCDNA-MEG3 group were 137±10.13 and 53±8.94. (C) The histogram showed the number of MG63 cells passed through Transwell invasion chambers was significantly smaller in the pCDNA-MEG3 group. All statistical tests were based on the NC group (*P<0.05). All of the data were presented as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments.
