(C) Among genes corresponding to aDNAm’s, 86 breast cancer related genes are shown by spatial location of molecules. Genes confirmed to be associated with age are colored. Orange colored genes was confirmed to be associated with age in both breast adjacent normal and tumor tissues from TCGA independent datasets. Light blue or pink colored genes were associated with age in either adjacent normal or tumor, respectively. Gray colored genes were not validated.
