BLI analysis of Nod.Cg-PrkdcscidII2rgtm-Gammanull mice xenotransplanted with RPMI8226-LUC-PURO cell line (left flank) and U266-LUC-PURO cell line (right flank) treated with either bortezomib (1 mg/kg) or VER155008 (40 mg/kg), alone or in combination, for one week (n = 3 in each group). (A) Control group consisted of mice with no intervention. (B) Treatment with bortezomib. (C) Treatment with VER155008. (D) Treatment with bortezomib with VER155008. Evaluations were performed 24, 72, 120, 168 and 192 hours after treatment (triplicate analyzes were performed). BLI acquisition was performed using IVIS Kinetic equipment. (Two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post- test).
