Mice were injected subcutaneously with E0771-Her2 cells and ACTIV therapy administered 14 days later. Tumors were taken from treated or non-treated cohorts of mice at the listed time points after therapy and were enzymically dissociated, stained with specific antibodies and analysed using flow cytometry.
