US totals are different from the sum of all states due to original calculations at the US level, rather than, for example, program cost averages and case sums for all states. See eTable 6 for supporting data (i.e., program cohort size, etc.) by state. Results across programs should not be summed. See eTable 7 for a sensitivity analysis that incorporates variation in states’ substantiated CAN rates
