Knockdown of SR-BI inhibited the growth of ccRCC cells. Expression of SR-BI mRNA (a) and protein (b) was effectively inhibited by specific siRNA in ccRCC cell lines. MTT assays showed that proliferative ability of ccRCC cells transfected with si-SR-BI significantly decreased compared with control cells (c).
